What do you do at 4Sight?

I am responsible for the engineering performance and procedures at 4Sight. Ensuring the engineering performance across 4Sight and our Partners is meeting our performance targets in all aspects of our engineering services, and making sure our processes work smoothly and deliver the high standards we set ourselves.

What Kind of experience do you have?

I started my Career at Mitel in the mid 90’s; I then joined Echo Communications in the early 00’s as the companies first dedicated Mitel Engineer, I was the first non Mitel Networks Mitel engineer to install MN3300’s overseas, this was followed by Echo being recognised by Mitel Networks within two years of my arrival as one of the leading Resellers of Mitel Networks Solutions in terms of Sales and Support capabilities. In my career I have worked on and completed the design and installation of many large scale projects including global Networked Mitel MCD application solutions for global accounts, also complex Call Centre and application solutions based on the Mitel MCD solution, some of these Solutions have been “firsts” in the UK for some of the Mitel Products.

Where would you rather be (if not working)?

I can be found out walking in the Nottinghamshire countryside with my girlfriend and Dog or playing rugby for Newbury RFC “A Team”. These days it’s getting harder as the younger players are faster than me but what I lack in speed I make up in tactics.

Tell us something that you do really well?

I have a good eye for technical details and am a stickler for engineering procedure that often gets overlooked or considered irrelevant by others. This has served me well over the years when working in highly sensitive and complex environments.
