What do you do at 4Sight?

I manage and develop the technical support services delivered by 4Sight. I am a person of detail and I really enjoy the forensic nature of what we do. Just fixing a problem is not good enough for me; as I want to know why it happened and how we prevent it from happening again in the future. In addition to this I work within a team of experienced technical leaders where we collectively define all of the technical aspects of the services and solutions we deliver.

What kind of experience do you have?

I have been working in Telecoms for 20 years. Most of this time has been spent working with some of the largest and most complex Mitel systems where I have gained a particular interest and specialisation in the Mitel applications portfolio.

Where would you rather be (if not working)?

When I am not working you will mainly find me fishing on the Thames from my Boat; I am an Active member of the Thames Angling Conservancy and often help with litter picks and Environment improvement schemes.

Tell us something that you do really well?

I am very focused on applications and the Mitel Call Centre products are my specialist area. Achieving where others have tried and failed is always a great feeling.
