What do you do at 4Sight?
My role at 4Sight is to develop and manage customer relationships. This includes current customers and new business opportunities offering advice on current and future technologies and working with our customers to plan and develop business strategies to meet their voice and data requirements and beyond.
What kind of experience do you have?
I have worked in the industry since 1996. Starting in marketing and quickly progressing to a leading role within sales and consultancy working with many household companies in the mid to large Enterprise business sector. Having worked with all types of business I have opted to spend the last 8 years mainly focused on working with Charities and Non for Proﬁt organisations, where I have successfully deployed and supported solutions throughout the UK and globally for some of the worlds best known organisations.
Where would you rather be (if not working)?
Throwing myself down a mountain on my snowboard or mountain bike, scuba diving, playing golf or tennis or socialising with good food, good wine and good company.
Tell us something that you do really well?
I believe I am good at forming strong customer relationships, I have customer relationships that have spanned 10 years and a number of those people that have become good personal friends. I truly believe people work with people they like and trust, that is key to business.
