What do you do at 4Sight?

I am involved in the business end of our enterprise from setting up the legal and financial structure to looking for new business opportunities. Supporting Simon’s strategic plan and helping to create the right environment and attitude so our business is fun customers are happy and the team motivated.

What kind of experience do you have?

On leaving the Army I joined Gazelle Communications and set up Echo Communications in 1987.It was the start of the communications revolution. Since then I helped to build Echo into a successful business offering clients the relationship and expertise needed to safely navigate the astonishing pace of evolution across the communications technology and service sector. We grew to become a £20 million turnover company with 120 staff and sold the business to Alternative Networks.

4Sight aims to recover the values that have been lost in recent years and prove that dedication, loyalty, understanding and expertise is a winning formula and what the customers want.

Where would you rather be (if not working)?

Chasing a ball! I have cycled from Lands End to John O’Groats but I would much rather be on a golf course, tennis court or even casting a fly across the water on a beautiful warm English day.

Tell us something that you do really well?

If I spot an opportunity a gap in the market, (and 4 Sight is just that) I love to help create the team with the right attitude and make it happen. I have an understanding and liking of people and know how to support Simon in creating a vibrant fun environment where customers feel appreciated and happy.
