New Business Account Director – Cloud Unified Communications


4Sight Communications is one of the leading providers of business telecommunications and managed services for public sector organisations and private businesses across the UK and internationally.  We are looking to expand our Cloud Sales team and are looking for an experienced new business salesperson. The successful candidate will have a track record of hitting and exceeding targets. We are looking for confident, dynamic professionals who get inspired by building customer relationships and generating sales opportunities. Qualified leads will be generated but the successful candidate will be comfortable with self-generation too.


  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and services
  • Build and manage a significant new business pipeline
  • Complete and maintain a detailed sales forecast
  • Maintain and update target lists
  • Formulate sales plans and strategies for specific target lists
  • Answer potential clients’ questions about Unified Communications, Multimedia and Cloud Services
  • Pro-actively self-skill and complete product training
  • Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times


  • Experienced sales professional comfortable with Unified Communications, Multimedia and Cloud Services
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to become a Trusted Advisor
  • Interested in customer requirements and comfortable building short, medium and long term technology roadmaps
  • Experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of the sales cycle
  • Dynamic and able to provide customer presentations with clear and demonstrable pricing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to negotiate customer proposals to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Have an understanding of contract negotiation comfortable with bringing it to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • A team player who is self-reliant and motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills


Base Salary – £40K – 50K,  OTE £100K Uncapped


Very competitive commissions structure based on true gross profit and total contract margin.
