Several of the world’s most iconic properties make-up the Maybourne Hotel Group portfolio, namely Claridge’s, The Connaught, The Berkeley, The Maybourne Beverly Hills, The Maybourne Riviera and – their latest property – The Emory, which is set for launch in the winter of 2023.

It is a portfolio of hotels steeped with rich history and reputation stretching back over the last century. Like all renowned hotel groups, each property offers unique individual qualities and timeless appeal, without forgoing the needs and requirements of today’s discerning guests.

The Situation

Due to a lack of understanding by their previous communications provider about the underlying issues that were impacting the operation of Mitel systems across the hotels and Central Reservation, the Maybourne Hotel Group were almost at the point of considering replacing the estate with an alternative Contact Centre provider.

  • Multiple days spent on engineering to address the issues that were found within our extensive audit

  • Fault resolution has been vastly improved thanks to our implementation of remote alarm monitoring via Premium Software Assurance

  • Implemented Teleworking for Central Reservations to overcome Covid lockdown challenges

  • Documented their trunk routing and redesigned the network to enhance resiliency and redundancy

  • Provide additional equipment and licensing as part of the expansion of Claridge’s Hotel

  • Replaced the Cisco CM at the Connaught Hotel with new Mitel MCD and Jacob Jensen handsets in all bedrooms
