What do you do at 4Sight?

My role at 4Sight is to manage the Account Management and Direct Marketing Teams. I am also responsible for developing and managing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. I work with the business to provide advice on current and future technologies and work with our customers to plan and develop business strategies to meet their voice and data requirements and beyond.

What kind of experience do you have?

I have worked in the industry since 1996. Starting in telemarketing and quickly progressing to a leading role within sales and account management. I have worked with many well known global companies within the mid to large Enterprise business sector. I have successfully deployed and supported solutions throughout the UK and Globally for some of the worlds best-known organisations.

Where would you rather be (if not working)?

Throwing myself down a mountain on my snowboard or mountain bike, travelling, socialising with good food, good wine and good company.

Tell us something that you do really well.

I believe I am good at forming strong customer relationships. I have customer relationships that have spanned 15 years and a number of those people that have become good personal friends. I truly believe people work with people they like and trust. That is key to business.
