What do you do at 4Sight?
I am responsible for the development of new and existing client relationships and ensuring their needs are constantly met through intelligent solution and service design and delivery. My role is about progression for our clients and I am passionate about maintaining and evolving our solutions to meet the ever changing and challenging communication demands placed on a modern business.
What kind of experience do you have?
With 25 year’s experience in communications I have developed a broad scope of skills that cover all aspects of communications strategy, design, implementation and ongoing support. During this time I have worked with many of the global leading brands and over the last 12 years I have specialised in the Mitel platforms and applications. I have a lot of experience dealing with mission critical 24/7 business environments which has led a great deal of success working with household names in Hospitality, 999 Emergency Services and Professional Services.
Where would you rather be (if not working)?
If I had money and time in abundance I would follow the F1 calendar.
Tell us something that you do really well?
I have always prided myself on responding quickly to customer queries and have never missed a deadline. I’m a good listener and really enjoy running customer workshops, bringing together different departments to develop new communications strategies.
