4Sight Communications awarded Mitel Platinum status 4Sight Communications, having already been recognised through the Mitel award of #1 Services Partner in 2018, are now thrilled to announce that we have also been awarded Platinum Partner status by Mitel, the highest accreditation available, making us one of their key Platinum Partners in the UK.

With 99% of our own customer survey feedback, stating service as “excellent”, the award from Mitel, giving us our “Platinum Partner” accreditation is a testament to our success, our staff and the ongoing support of our loyal customers. We have challenged many of the traditional methods of service delivery and driven greater value into the services model for several years now. Pioneering the deployment of monitoring and performance analytics using what is now known as “Mitel Performance Analytics” has been important to how we have designed our approach. This amongst other advances and service innovations have extended our services reach. Allowing us to deploy, support and manage large, complex Mitel solutions for UK Public Sector Organisations, UK National business and UK Headquartered International Business.
